January 5, 2010The clear grand hotel is located at Lawaan Roxas city. The hotel own by Mr. & Mrs. Romulo Capuno a dealer of Yamaha motorcycle in Visayas & Mindanao Area. The name Clear Grand Hotel comes from combinations of the owners name w/c C stands for Capuno, L for Leonor,E for Elsie & R for Romulo.
.The building was foremerely own bY Bitervo Family. This hotel opened last September 8, 2008, as hotel it has 44 rooms and the 2nd floor is the commercial room.
